Development-New Hotels from Green Field

We have in-depth knowledge about local markets and lucrative destinations across the Kingdom, and have developed strong relationships with hotel owners and other hospitality professionals who can assist with property growth, expansion, and renovation phases.

Our Development Process

We have developed advanced systems and use the latest technologies to identify lucrative markets and capitalize on opportunities.

Existing properties: Repositioning and Renovations

Our team is actively engaged in initiating and overseeing hotel renovations of under-performing properties. We have created strategies and systems that can reposition these hotels as leaders in their specific markets and achieve short-term and long-term revenue goals. We choose properties for renovation based on anticipated returns on investment.
